Product Features

-The allowable passing speed in the straight direction of the turnout is 250km/h;

-The lateral allowable passing speed of the switch is 50km/h for switch 12,

The 18th turnout has a speed of 80km/h,

The 30th switch has a speed of 120km/h.

-Switches are suitable for seamless tracks between sections. According to the magnitude of rail temperature changes, the technical conditions for turnouts shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of TB/T3307.1 "Technical Conditions for Manufacturing High speed Railway Turnouts Part 1: Manufacturing and Assembly". The force transmission structure at the heel of the pointed rail is designed with three types of force transmission structures: limiters, spacing iron, and no force transmission structure.

-The switch rail is made of 60AT2 steel rails, and the tip of the switch rail is designed to be concealed.

-The switch is equipped with sliding bed plates with Schwig rollers and anti jumping limit devices at intervals, and the inner side of the stock rail is pressed with elastic clamps.

-The frog adopts a movable point rail frog, and the point rail is made of 60AT2 steel rails.

-The iron pad and the rubber pad under the plate are vulcanized as a whole, and there is a height adjustment pad between the switch sleeper and the vulcanized pad.

-The fastening system adopts a separate type II spring clip fastener.

-The technical conditions for turnouts shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of TB/T3307.1 "Technical Conditions for Manufacturing High speed Railway Turnouts Part 1: Manufacturing and Assembly".
